Joe Kelly (born 13 March 1913 in Dublin, died 28 November 1993 in Neston, United Kingdom) was a British racing driver who competed in Formula 1 from 1950 to 1951. He was a legend in Ireland, a pioneer as the first Irish Formula 1 driver. His career was ended in a crash at Oulton Park in 1955.
