Willem Johan Jacob "Hans" Tak (born 11 April 1916 in Schiedam, died 26 September 1961 in Amsterdam) was a Dutch racing driver who raced in Formula One during the 1950s.

Tak only entered two races in his Formula One career; the 1955 Italian Grand Prix and the 1956 Monaco Grand Prix - both in the infamous Guidobaldi-Loonmotor combination which is widely regarded to be amongst the worst cars to take part in the World Championship.

Aside from his short jaunt in Formula One, Tak was a successful sportscar driver in his native Netherlands. He chiefly drove a Ferrari and a Mercedes, winning multiple races at Zandvoort as well as scoring competitive finishes in the Giro della Calabria and Coppa d'Oro delle Dolomiti.
