Giorgio Scarlatti (born 2nd October, 1921 in Rome, died 26th July, 1990 in Rome) was an Italian racing driver known for his appearances in Formula One.

Scarlatti made his F1 debut in 1956 with the Scuderia Centro-Sud team at the German Grand Prix - finishing in tenth place. A year later he took in a part season with Scuderia Adriatica - a season in which he'd rarely qualify.

Following his brief stint in F1, he moved into Sportscars - becoming a works driver with Maserati in the 1960s.
