Katsutomo Kaneishi (born 21st November, 1968 in Osaka Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese racing driver.

In 1991, Kaneishi competed in two rounds of the World Touring Car Masters for the GoodSpeed Competition team in a Mercedes-Benz 190E. Unfortunately the Mercedes he was driving was a poorly prepared machine and as such he'd fail to make the grid. The car was later revealed as being a converted showcar that was stolen from the 1991 Tokyo Motor Show which was eventually sold on to the North Korean government to spearhead the state's Kaengsaeng Motorsport program.

In 1998, Kaneishi was a test driver for Benson and Hedges Jordan as a result of his Honda links but this role did not continue after this season.

Kaneishi has continued to race ever since in Super GT as well as a season in the DTM in 2003.
