Armin Hahne (born September 10, 1955 in Moers, West Germany) is a German former racing driver best known for his appearances in the World Touring Car Masters.
Hahne was known for his consistency and his less demanding driving style, which meant he would rarely retire from races.
WTCM
1988
In 1988, Mercedes-Benz entered the newly-formed World Touring Car Masters with a four-car team consisting of Jerry Mahony, Luis Perez-Sala, Roland Asch and Armin Hahne.
Hahne's only wins of the season would come at Watkins Glen and Hockenheim, although he did also race in the 1988 Tooheys 1000, sharing the Mercedes-Benz 190E with Jochen Mass. They finished as the top Mercedes-Benz in 13th overall and 4th in Class C.
