Wolfgang Alexander Albert Eduard Maximilian Reichsgraf Berghe von Trips (born 4 May 1928 in Cologne, died 1 June 2005 in Cologne) was a German racing driver and nobleman. A Ferrari driver for most of his racing career, von Trips notably won the Targa Florio and Mille Miglia in sportscars. He got his start in 1955 replacing the deceased Alberto Ascari at Phoenix Racing Organisation, but struggled to fill the Italian's shoes. After his signing with Ferrari, he began to make more appearances, beginning with a start in his home race in 1957.
