Wim-Bert Horrie (born 14th March, 1982 in Baarle-Hertog, Belgium) is a Belgian-Dutch former racing driver.

Horrie believed for much of his life that he was born in the Dutch town of Baarle-Nassau but in the 2016 off-season he discovered that he was in fact born in a house in the Belgian exclave of Baarle-Hertog. Horrie opted to change his nationality to Belgian ahead of the 2017 Formula 5000 season. Horrie took a single podium at Mount Panorama but decided that motorsport was no longer for him.

Horrie ceased racing in 2018 and began working for a bank in nearby Tilburg.
