Vadim Kogay (born 4th April, 1968 in Karaganda, Kazakh ASSR) is a Russian racing driver.

Kogay is best known for his appearances in Formula One when he replaced Jacques Villeneuve at Villeneuve Racing in 2013 at the age of 45. Kogay was severely off the pace in a car which had made the podium on two occasions earlier in the season and Kogay's stint in Formula One was considered emblematic of the troubles that the series went through in this time period, with some commentators calling the unready and inexperienced Kogay a "throwback to bygone era". Nonetheless, Kogay was surprisingly popular despite his lack of success and has remained a notorious figure in the Formula One paddock when his sportscar schedule allows for a appearance.
