Takuma Taki (Born November 6, 1991 in Sapporo, Japan) is a Japanese racing driver. He is currently driving for Euromotor International in the AutoReject World Series.

Career

2015–17: RWRS

He drove for Red Bull World Race Team in the 2015 Formula 3 Rejects World Race Series season, not scoring any points. The team kept him for 2016, and his results were much better. He got in the points once in each of the first five weekends, but a bad run followed, as Germany was pointless, then he took pole in the Netherlands but didn't finish. In Belgium, he got his first podium, followed by a 5th. He also opened the next weekend at Adria with a podium, but didn't finish the second race. He came eighth in Japan, then retired at Surfers Paradise. He was ultimately tenth in the championship.

In 2017, he was in the second F1RWRS pre-season test for MRT and officially signed for them as a test driver that year, but he didn't appear in any races. He did race for them in F2RWRS, but other than a fastest lap in Malaysia, he scored no points, and he was dropped before the season was even half over. He also had a one-off in ARST, coming sixth in his home race.

2018: F5000

He raced for Super Dragon in the 2018 Formula 5000 season. Other than a good stretch of races at Highlands and Pukekohe, getting five top 15 finishes from six races, he only got points four times, his best result being a 4th at Symmons Plains. He was 26th overall, with his teammate Mitchell Macklin 9th.

2019: ARWS

For some reason, he got an F1RWRS race seat with Euromotor International. The team got out of pre-qualifying once over the season, in the very last race, but neither car qualified.
