Sebastian Gazurek (born July 15, 1970) is a professional racing driver from Poland.

Gazurek competed in 1995 Formula 1 Rejects Grand Prix 2 Championship season with Forti. When he debuted, he won two Reject of the Races in a row, the first (in Brazil) for being too slow compared to others, and the second (in Argentina) for his dangerous move against Reiko Megumi, resulting in Gazurek being fined $50,000. He was also placed into probation after calls from Megumi and her team. San Marino would turn out to be his only finish; he finished 16th, albeit in the last place. In Monaco, Gazurek was not classified for not completing 90% of the race, in which he only fought with Samael Meerwick. He never qualified again and was given Reject of the Year for the 1995 season. He was then sacked by Forti and replaced by Martin McFry.
