Rayyan Amirmoez (Arabic: ريان أميرموز الريان; born 12th of April, 2002 in Tripoli, Libya) is a Libyan racing driver currently racing in the African Racing League.

Early Life

Amirmoez was born in the city of Tripoli, the second daughter of a high-class family. She lived a normal life until the First Civil War broke out. Following the end of the war, her family moved to Tunisia. She continued her education there, although this didn't meant she didn't retain contacts with Libya. After watching several Formula One and ARWS races in television, young Amirmoez got hooked up with racing, and after her parents did some deals with the National Oil Corporation of Libya, she started her racing career.

Early Career

Amirmoez then moved to South Africa, where she made a name for herself in karting championships, and then debuted in the Formula Volkswagen South Africa championship, winning the championship in 2017. This raised her profile, and then moved to Europe where she started her Formula Three career. Despite inexperience, she was able to be competitive and won two races, both in Paul Ricard. She finished 9th in the championship.

African Racing League

After an aggressive move by the NOC, she was able to land a seat in the new African Racing League, with her local team Scuderia Tripoli.
