Piero Dusio (born 13 October 1899 in Scurzolengo d'Asti, died 7 November 1975 in Victoria, Argentina) was an Italian racing driver and businessman. Mostly racing in high-profile Italian races in the 1930s, Dusio founded the Cisitalia manufacturer, which created the successfull D46 voiturette. Retiring to Argentina after the financial failure of the complex 202MM, he returned to Europe to race in the 1951 Italian Grand Prix for Scuderia Platé-Varzi. By then aged 51, he failed to prequalify.
