Pan-Asia Rally Team is a team curently competing in the 2015 Trackmania Rejects Rally Championship season by Dimitri Aya.

Beginnings

Dimitri Aya came to inspiration to create Pan-Asia Rally Team back in 2012, when he realized the lack of Asian drivers in the World Rally Championship. He formed the team with the sole purpose of getting Asian drivers known around the world. Unfortunately, his plan spectacularly backfired when he went bust just trying to get enough resoucres to lodge an entry. He went back to the drawing board and decided to start off in the Asian Rally Championship ,sensibly changing the name to Ai Yo! Motorsports. In the team's first season,Aya decided to drive the car,a Proton Wira, himself. His result were rather average;he took three stage wins overall in the rallies and taking the 1.6 litre class win in Rally Malaysia ,although some routes were in the banana plantation that he started in his first business venture.

For 2014 ,Pan-Asia Rally moved to the Land Down Under to have a shot at the Australian Rally championship, with the name changed back to its current name. Aya drove half the season before giving up and hiring pay-drivers when his money went dry. As a result, the team failed to even register a top-5 finish, especially embarassing as there were only 11 cars in his class. Luck changed for Aya that November,as he won the Malayan Sweep, a weekly lottery that gives away 2 million dollars as top prize, twice in a row.Now with sufficent funds, and a new series opening, the Trackmania Rejects Rally Championship,he went on a talent hunt and found Fabian Rei, a promising Korean rally talent,to work with him in the TMRRC.

Competition history

2015

In 2015,Pan-Asia Rally Team would be running a Ford Cosworth RS with the number 20. Early testing times (in the Prologue stage) showed promise, as Rei was just one-hundredth of a second behind Dean O'Lauchlan.
