Lauren Kendrick
Lauren Kendrick (born 24th February 2004 in Hackney, Inner London, UK) is a British racing driver.
Early Career
Kendrick's formative years saw her win a multitude of karting races and championships nationally - however her family's finances were not enough to allow her to make more than the occasional start in single-seaters. Facing the potential end of her career, her parents decided to re-mortgage their home in an attempt to secure a full-time drive for 2020. The story quickly gained national attention, as well as attention from Kay Lon, whose Best In The World Support Group agreed to support Kendrick's career. In 2020, Kendrick made her full-time single-seater debut in the AutoReject 2.0 series for Definitely Maybe Racing.

2021-: Williams
Kendrick was named as WilliamsF1 Team's reserve driver ahead of the 2021 season.
Personal Life
Kendrick's family has encountered legal difficulties as a result of claiming Lauren to be the biological daughter of James James Davies. The dispute came to a head in the second half of 2013, as Lauren began her karting career in earnest. Davies successfully won a court case based on a DNA test which returned an inconclusive result. Davies would later cite the stress caused by the case as the reason behind his loss of form in the latter part of the year, though he would still win the title by 30 points.
