Thomas Kenrick Kavanagh (born 12 December 1923 in Melbourne, died 26 November 2019 in Bergamo, Italy) was an Australian motorcycle and automobile racer.

Kavanagh was a well-known motorcycle racer in the 1950s and 1960s, winning five Grands Prix throughout his top level career.

In 1956, Kavanagh made his Formula One debut when he was entered by Halford Auto Racing Team in the Thai Grand Prix. Kavanagh shocked many by taking fifth in the race but opted to remain a motorcycle racer despite many offers from around the F1 paddock. Kavanagh returned to the grid in 1958 at the Australian Grand Prix with a self-run Ferrari but he retired from the race.
