Joaquin Palacio

José Joaquín Palacio Pantaleón de Palacio y Power (born 27 July 1901 in Bilbao, died 27 May 1989) was a Spanish racing driver. Mostly active in his native country in the 1920s and 1950s, he entered the 1954 Syracuse Grand Prix, but failed to qualify for the race.
