Hideshi Matsuda

Hideshi Matsuda (born 22th December, 1954 in Kōchi, Japan) is a Japanese racing driver.

In the late 1980s Matsuda was an occasional driver in the World Touring Car Masters, his best results coming in 1988 when he finished second in Class D at the Fuji rounds in a Techcraft Toyota Corolla. He raced for TOM'S Minolta for the next two years in the Japanese rounds but failed to make the grid.

Matsuda also raced in CART and JGTC/Super GT for the next two decades - his best results being 2nd for Team Taisan in the 2000 GT300 class.
