Dan BH
Dan BH (born ??/??/???? in the United States) is a retired American racing driver known for his successful 2010 season in the F1RWRS and his unusual surname. He took one win in his F1RWRS career, so far the only win by an American in the F1RWRS.
Career
BH got his start in American Formula Ford, making his way up through the ranks as a solid midfielder. After Formula Ford, BH ran a successful identity protection business, changing his name to BH to benefit his advertising campaigns. Using his financial resources, BH was able to get into Formula 3 Euroseries. He finished third in the championship and was given a drive in F3000 with Pacific. However, despite his success, BH was unable to get a drive in Formula 1. After the Zimmer brothers created F1RWRS, John Zimmer offered BH a drive. BH created Club Bangelia Racing and entered F1RWRS for 2010.
F1RWRS
Dan BH's rookie season in F1RWRS was impressive; BH took third in the Drivers' Championship and won the 2010 F1RWRS Saxon Grand Prix, his only win in the series so far. He would take three other podiums that year at the Chinese, Tasman, and Australian Grand Prix. BH's win in the Saxon Grand Prix remains the only time that an American driver has won an F1RWRS race. BH's success saw him in championship contention until the 2010 F1RWRS British Grand Prix and his team, Club Bangelia, finished second in the championship that year. Despite his success, BH did not return calls for the 2011 F1RWRS season and he appears to have left the racing world (and the world at large) entirely. Many have speculated that Dan, an identity protection specialist, simply chose to abandon his identity after he got famous. He has not been heard from since.
