João Lagos Sport
João Lagos Sport is a motorsport organisation founded and run by Portuguese businessman João Lagos. Lagos, in partnership with DPT Asset Management currently fields the Licor Beirão Portugal Racing team in the FIA F2 World Championship.
Previous ventures for the organisation include the Porto Wine Motorsport F3RWRS team, but it is best known for the takeover of the Sunshine Motorsports team in F1RWRS which it ran with support from Daihatsu for three seasons from 2015 to 2017.
João Lagos Sport have enjoyed considerable support from the Portuguese beverage industry, most notably through the title sponsorship deals secured by Licor Beirão and Porto Wine, as well as other minor sponsorship deals.

Licor Beirão Portugal Racing
Licor Beirão Portugal Racing are an FIA F2 team run by João Lagos Sport that also competed in the series' previous iteration, the F2RWRS from its inaugural 2014 season. The team's manager is Manuel João.
Licor Beirão have had mixed success in the championship, having initially been competitive, with Alberto Cara showing great promise in his early career with three wins and five other podiums over the two years he was at the team. Away from this however the team and the drivers it has employed have seen much poorer results, with the 2016 season being the team's nadir. A merry-go-round of drivers and a notoriously difficult pre-qualifying process meant Licor Beirão finished bottom of the standings. Since then, driver decisions have been more stable, and following the category's evolution into FIA F2, the team sampled the podium champagne once more as Samora Mondlane finished second in the first Bahrain race. Both Mondlane and João António Soares have come into the team via promotion from the junior Porto Wine F3RWRS team.
Despite the inconsistent results, Licor Beirão are currently João Lagos Sport's only remaining motorsport team following the sale of Sunshine Motorsports and the closure of Porto Wine Motorsport.

Porto Wine Motorsport
Porto Wine Motorsport were an F3RWRS team run by João Lagos Sport from 2014 to 2017. After the series' collapse mid-way through 2017, the team elected not to return to the re-formed FIA F3 Eurasian Championship which replaced F3RWRS. Throughout their existence, the team were consistently towards the rear of the field, with their most successful season the truncated 2017 edition. None of the team's drivers ever finished on the podium.
With title sponsorship from Porto Wine, the team specifically supported young Portuguese drivers, but it was Samora Mondlane from the former Portuguese colony of Mozambique who drove for the team in every year of its existence. João António Soares who graduated to F2RWRS was another notable Porto Wine driver.
After using customer Dallara chassis in 2014, the team opted to use the open chassis formula to build their own cars from 2015 onwards. These were in fact heavily based upon the Dallara design used in 2014 and as other chassis builders introduced new concepts, the Porto Wine team were left with a base which began to show its age. Despite this, an improved Daihatsu engine and a neat new design in 2017 made the team much more competitive, but with the series' cancellation, the full potential of that year's car was never realised.
