VAR International (short for Victor Arthur Roche International) is an international motorsport consortium headquartered in Paris, France. It is founded in late 2019 by former racing drivers, brothers and businessmen Victor and Arthur Roche. VAR International is mostly known for being a parent company of various racing constructors, but it also provides a racing academy and sponsorship for young drivers.

History

Early years

VAR International was formed by brothers Victor and Arthur Roche, racing drivers turn businessmen from France in the United Kingdom.

2019-2020

They traveled to South Africa in mid-2019 and formed Team AVA Racing to race in Africa Racing League. A few months later, they secured funding from an American millionaire Michael Harrison (CEO of Harrison Finance). Their collaboration resulted in them forming a new team, VA Racing to race in European Le Mans. Not only that, an American millionaire helped them to form a new American-based team, IVA Motorsports to race in Indy Pro Mazda.
Their journey doesn't end there. An Indonesian conglomerate has been planning to form an Indonesian-based racing team and racing school. He's a fan of Victor and Arthur's work as businessmen and racing drivers and decided to approach them to collaborate. It resulted in the creation of SB Hartono, though Victor and Arthur only there to guide them.
Inspired by SB Hartono's approach, Victor and Arthur decided to expand their business to not only just a racing constructor but also a racing school. It resulted in them creating 4 other racing schools which also operate as a racing team constructor in their own region's lower-tier competition. These teams are a British-licensed VA Racing Academy, American-licensed VANARA, Brazilian-licensed VASARA, and Italian-licensed Scuderia Roche.
