Johnny Amadeus Cecotto more commonly known as Johnny Cecotto Jr. (born 9th September, 1989 in Augsburg, West Germany) is a Venezuelan-German racing driver best known for his appearances in Formula One. His father, Johnny Cecotto also raced in Formula One as well as becoming a World Champion in both Grand Prix Motorcycle racing and Touring Car racing.

Formula One

2012: Marussia

Cecotto made his first steps into Formula One when he signed for the new Marussia team ahead of 2012. Joined by John Bean, the new team were average midfielders but Cecotto was able to take two third place finishes on merit. Cecotto finished his debut season in nineteenth place.
