Guido Meregalli (born 1894, died 1959) was an Italian racing driver who was particularly active in the pre-war period.

Meregalli was one of the Masetti Corse Alfa Romeo drivers in the inaugural 1923 Grand Prix Championship - a result of particular note was a seventh place finish in the Belgian Grand Prix at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.

Meregalli made a stunning return to top-level motorsport in 1955 when he took part in the Italian Grand Prix for Ferrari - but he did not manage to qualify on his only Formula One start. Meregalli's entry was seen as little more than a publicity stunt on the behalf of Ferrari and Meregalli returned to retirement before his death four years later.
