Fabrizio Giovanardi (born 14th December, 1966 in Sassuolo, Italy) is an Italian racing driver.

Formula One

After finishing runner up in the 1989 International Formula 3000 championship, Giovanardi was a hot property in the world of motorsport - having no less than three offers in Formula One. In the end, Giovanardi rejected the approaches of Minardi and Oreca - opting to join the AGS team alongside highly rated Brit Jack Christopherson. Giovanardi scored a best finish of ninth in the French Grand Prix but this was not enough to secure his spot as he was released at the end of the season.

WTCM

Giovanardi took part in two World Touring Car Masters meetings in 1989 with the Il Barone Rampante team in a Alfa Romeo 75 Turbo but failed to score any points.
