Outside of racing, Salam owns and runs a small clothing retailer in Verdun, France as well as holding the presidency of Rugby Union club FC Auch up until 2009. During his tenure as president, the team won the French second tier on two occasions as well as the European Shield in 2005.

Bernard Salam (born 11th April 1943) is a French racing driver known for his appearances in World Touring Car Masters.

Between 1988 and 1990 Salam, and teammate Gerard Fevrot took part in several weekends for the French Dixi Sport team in a Alfa Romeo 75. Unfortunately Salam was unable to make the grid on any occasion.

Outside of racing, Salam owns and runs a small clothing retailer in Verdun, France as well as holding the presidency of Rugby Union club FC Auch up until 2009. During his tenure as president, the team won the French second tier on two occasions as well as the European Shield in 2005.
