Mick Schumacher (born 22 March 1999 in Vufflens-le-Château, Vaud, Switzerland) is a German racing driver. He is the son of four-time Formula One World Champion Michael Schumacher and nephew of 2001 World Champion Ralf Schumacher.
Schumacher is currently a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy and is also the reserve and test driver for Red Bull Racing.
Racing Career
2022-: Red Bull
In 2022, Schumacher was named as Red Bull Racing's third driver as part of the deal that provided the Milton Keynes-based team with Ferrari engines. Schumacher made his Formula One race debut at the season-ending Chinese Grand Prix when he replaced Max Verstappen - who received a race ban at the previous meeting. Schumacher retired with an engine failure.
