Nicolas Jean Prost (born 18th August, 1981 in Saint-Chamond, Loire, France) is a French racing driver known for his time in Formula One. He is the son of fellow Formula One driver Alain Prost.
Formula One
Prost was named as Renault F1 Team test driver in 2009 - a position he held for two years. Prost was called upon for a single race in 2010 when regular driver Thomas De Bock was banned from the Singapore Grand Prix. Prost finished the race in eighth.
Prost was named alongside Romain Grosjean as a race driver in 2011 but he did not see out the season - being replaced by Dean Stoneman and Alexandre-Laurent Voeckler at the team.
