Hans Tak (born ???, died ???) was a Dutch racing driver who raced in Formula One during the 1950s.
Tak only entered two races in his Formula One career; the 1955 Italian Grand Prix and the 1956 Monaco Grand Prix - both in the infamous Guidobaldi-Loonmotor combination which is widely regarded to be amongst the worst cars to take part in the World Championship.
After his short jaunt in Formula One, Tak raced in Sportscars in Europe before fading into obscurity.
