Noritake Takahara (born 6th June, 1951 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese former racing driver.

Takahara had a very brief stint in Formula One driving for the Ensign team at the 1976 Japanese Grand Prix. He performed moderately well, taking thirteenth place ahead of full-time drivers Héctor Rebaque and Gianfranco Brancatelli.

As well as his Formula One exploits, Takahara was a successful driver in the Japanese Formula 2000 series.
