Kazuyoshi Hoshino (born 1 July 1947) is a former racing driver and businessman from Japan. Although he had a solid career in sports cars and touring cars, he is best known for his three seasons at Footwork in the F1RGP2C. He and Max von Hegel led Footwork to seventh in the Constructors' Championship in 1994 but he failed to score a point in 1995. Midway through 1996, Hoshino announced his retirement from the series. It is speculated that he was forced out by von Hegel due to a combination of lack of results and the withdrawal of Japanese support of the team. Hoshino announced his retirement from all motorsport shortly after.
