Marco Bizzarri is a racing driver from Turin, Italy, who currently races for Mastercard Lancia in the Rejects of LFS series.
History
Bizzarri spent the 2014 in F2RWRS, driving for Trueba Junior Team. At first, he had the measure of team-mate Du Lei, but mid-season the team was taken over by a consortium made up of both Scuderia Alitalia and the Jones Racing Group, to form Scuderia Jones Italia. The new owners replaced Lei with F3RWRS regular Terry Hawkin, who outshadowed him by taking a win and two podiums, while Bizzarri would only pick up a small handful of points in the same period.
He picked up his first podium in the final race of the season, the Indy 100, but unfortunately his runner up finish was behind team-mate Hawkin. This disappointing second half of the season hurt Bizzarri's reputation, and unable to land another drive in F2RWRS, he stepped down to Rejects of LFS with Parma Corse for the 2015 season.
He made one final F2RWRS appearance however, replacing the suspended Bastiaan van Nieuwenhuijzen at the British GP, where he matched his career best result of second place with a storming drive from the back of the grid.
