Berardo Taraschi (born 23rd January 1915 in Tossicia, died 24th October 1997 in San Giovanni Teatino) was an Italian former Formula One driver and motorcycle racer.

Berardo Taraschi in the 1950s.

Born into a wealthy family, Taraschi was a notable motorcycle road racer in the Abruzzo and Marche regions of Italy in the pre-war years. Taraschi stopped racing due to the outbreak of the war and served in the Italian military as a motorcycle scout, serving on the Russian front. After the war ended, Taraschi took part in what was considered the first motorsport event in post-war Europe by coming second in a motorcycle race at Tortoreto Circuit in August 1945. Shortly after, Taraschi set up an automobile manufacturer in his name (Officina Meccanica Berardo Taraschi).

Taraschi continued to race in several disciplines throughout the 1950s, reaching Formula One in 1956 - taking part in the Italian Grand Prix for his own team. The following year he joined the Automobiles Deutsch et Bonnet team for the majority of the European season, but he failed to qualify for any races.
