Andy Sutcliffe (born 9th May, 1947 in Mildenhall, Suffolk, died 13th July, 2015 in Pluckley, Kent) was a British racing driver.

Sutcliffe made his Formula One debut in 1977 with B&S Fabrications at the Monaco Grand Prix. Sutcliffe failed to pre-qualify.

Following his retirement from racing and up to his death, Sutcliffe worked in a nursery in Ashford, Kent.
