Carlo Franchi (born 1st January 1938 in Milan, Italy) is an Italian former racing driver who raced under the pseudonym of Gimax.
In 1977, Gimax drove in four Grands Prix for the Wheatcroft Racing team. He was replaced ahead of the British Grand Prix by Michael Tyrell, whom would purchase the team.
