Komárek Racing are a race team currently operating within the International Procar Championship under the "Cardion PrimeCell Racing" banner. The team was set up by former AR3.5 driver Jiri Komárek and his father Pavel, as Komárek had struggled to find a full-time seat within the IPC for 2018. The team were given permission to run a Škoda Superb in order to increase backing from Czech companies.

The team compete within the IPC B-Class championship, in which the category's customer teams compete. Due to a number of strong results, Komárek made the grid for a number of A-Class races. A strong performance in the North American rounds saw the team secure a B-Class victory in New York, followed by an A-Class win in Canada at Road Gatineau.

For the next year, Komárek Racing joined forces with Czechmate Motorsport and entered a Ferrari 550 Maranello in the 2019 GT Super Series season.
