Winston "Win" Percy (born 28 September 1943, in Tolpuddle, Dorset, England) is a British former racing driver. He is considered one of the greatest touring car drivers of all time.

Percy turned professional in the early 1970s - winning the British Saloon Car Championship in three straight seasons between 1980 and 1982. Percy split his time between Europe & Australia and gained plaudits for his skills on both hemispheres during this time period.

In 1988, Percy signed for the works Rover WTCM team Roger Downson Engineering alongside Robert Kagan and Kurt Thiim. Percy took a single win in Class B which was enough for tenth in class.

The following year, Percy's Australian connections saw him land a berth at the TWR Holden team alongside Jeff Allam. Unfortunately this season was an unmitigated disaster and he was only able to qualify once.

Percy remained with the team in 1990 - this time joined by Mark Skaife. Percy managed to make the grid on a few occasions but the team still struggled in comparison to the Ford and Nissan teams.
