Thomas Pitt Cholmondeley-Tapper (born 31 July 1910 in Wellington, died 27 July 2001 in Headington, UK) was a New Zealand racing driver. Competing in Europe throughout the 1930s, he recorded impressive results in privately-entered Bugattis and Maseratis. Offered a test with Mercedes in 1936, he turned it down in favour of a ski trip. He soon retired from motorsport, but made an exception to attempt the 1955 Singapore Grand Prix. He failed to qualify.
