The Stig
The Stig, whose real identity was unknown until the 2015 Brazilian Grand Prix, is a racing driver currently driving for Aeroracing Engineering in the 2015 season of the Formula 1 Rejects World Race Series.
Some say that he once tore a goat in half, and that in his wallet, he keeps a photograph of his wallet. All that we know is, he's called The Stig.
The Stig was brought to Team Phoenix by it's owner Phoenix McAllister, who needed a new driver after Ron Mignolet left the team to join the newly formed Acuri Autosport team for 2014. Signed on as a pay driver, The Stig would bring vital funds to McAllister's team over the course of the year.
Initial results were poor, with The Stig suffering with poor pace in qualifying, leading to a string of DNQs. However, he was able to realise the raw pace of the car when he drove to an excellent 4th place at the British Grand Prix, the team's only points so far of the season, and more than the total Team Phoenix scored in 2013. This led to speculation in the press that The Stig would be retained by McAllister when his team would change to Aeroracing Engineering for 2015.
The Stig was later revealed to be former Canadian F1RGP2C driver Daniel Moreno.
