Megumi in 1996

Reiko Megumi (born as Reiko Asano on November 19, 1972 in Hiroshima, Japan) is a female racing driver that competed in F1RGP2C.

She is well-known for competing in the F1RGP2C for Ligier, bringing Mugen-Honda engines with her. She has also garnered large amounts of criticism for her erratic driving and her tendency to collide with other drivers. This was so bad that she received one race ban and disqualification after 1996 F1RGP2C Argentine Grand Prix for dangerous driving towards James Davies, resulting in penalty system being enacted mid-1996.
