High Performance Racing (abbreviated to HPR, and known alternately as Harris Finance Team HPR and Mazda Team HPR for sponsorship reasons) is the racing arm of the High Performance Group. Its major sponsors include Harris Finance, Spearman Industries, and the Douglas Media Group.

They are the official Mazda factory team in the RTCC and F1RSTC.

The team will be renamed to Peak Motorsport in 2017.

Racing operations

Touring Car division

F1RSTC

Known as Mazda Team HPR

HPR have entered a 2 car team running Mazda 323s in the 2016-17 F1RSTC season. The drivers will be Alvin Ziegler in the #33 with Julian Clark and Catalina Zhang sharing the #23.

Lupo GTI

Known as Harris Finance Team HPR

HPR have entered the 2016 Lupo GTI Championship for rounds 5 to 7 with driver Kristina Harris in the #23.

RTCC

Known as Mazda Team HPR

HPR will enter the Rejects Touring Car Championship for the 2017 season as the official Mazda factory team with two drivers to be confirmed. The cars will be numbered #3 and #55.

Rally division

RRC

Known as HPR Ford Rallycross Team

HPR have entered a 2 car Ford Escort team in the 2016 Rejects Rallycross Championship season with drivers Alvin Ziegler and Kristina Harris in #3 and #23 respectively.

RRT

Known as High Performance Ford Rally Team

HPR have entered the new RejectsRallyTrophy championship as a 2-car independent/customer Ford team. Australian ace Vern Fraser and Portuguese native Hugo Carvalho will be sharing car #23 with Ford junior driver American Liz Bryan driving car #24.

Engineering

HPR's engineering and development workshop is located in Auckland, New Zealand.

The HPR Touring Car Division Workshop is located in Dusseldorf, Germany.

The HPR Rally Division Workshop is located in Kent, England.
