Lena Trosschi

She was in Trieste in 1956 from an Italian father and Yugoslavian mother. These connections to Yugoslavia would form her youth, as she would from a young age be involved in youth camps for socialist families and help distribute leftist newspapers. She's also a renowned graffiti artist and is a very vocal presence at any factory strike she can get to. This means she got in trouble with the police many times. This however developed her skills, first with a skateboad, then a vespa and eventually a bunch of Zastava cars. Not once has the police been able to catch her. She decided to use these skills in illegal road races and drifting championships. Starting out with her family Zastava, she soon embarrassed many drivers using more powerful local cars. Nevermind the fact that girls weren't very present in that scene. In 1977 she entered a Polski-Fiat Statos, which was a modified Lancia Stratos and destroyed anyone trying to compete with her. Her uncatcheable driving style and her sneaky way of overtaking where least expected earned her the nickname 'the fox of the alps' or also known as 'comrade fox' by her communist friends.
