Leland "Lee" Wallard (born 7 September 1910 in Schenectady, died 29 November 1963 in St. Petersburg) was an American racing driver.

He competed in the AAA championship from 1941 and in just 46 starts scored ten podiums including three wins in 1946, 1948 and 1951, the last of which was his career highlight, winning the Indianapolis 500. A week after the race, he suffered a bad crash at Reading and required multiple skin grafts, effectively ending his career. He attempted a final qualification at Indianapolis in 1954, but failed.
