Hugo Victor Carvalho (born 15 May 1996, in Lisbon, Portugal) is a Portuguese racing driver currently contracted to Peak Driver Talent, the driver management arm of the Peak Motorsport Group. He currently competes in the Reject Rally Trophy, sharing the #23 Ford Fiesta RRT with Vern Fraser.
