Eje Elgh (born 15th June 1953 in Karlskoga, Sweden) is a former racing driver notable for his career in Formula One.

Despite a strong showing in the European Formula Two Championship, Eje Elgh's reputation exploded when he recorded a pole position driving for Hesketh in the 1979 Gunnar Nilsson Memorial Trophy at Anderstorp. At that point it seemed a certainty that he would find a place on the Formula One World Championship grid in 1980, which he did, again with Hesketh - though he missed the Monaco, San Marino, French and British Grands Prix as the team sought to give opportunities to Jérémy-Étienne Voeckler.
