Teodoro "Dorino" Serafini (born 22 July 1909 in Pesaro, died 5 July 2000 in Pesaro) was an Italian racing driver who competed in the 1950 Italian Grand Prix. A European motorcycling champion, he drove for Ferrari in non-championship races before starting his home Grand Prix, having to hand his car to Alberto Ascari. The two shared second position. Serafini retired from racing in 1951 after an accident in the Mille Miglia.
