Bleu's Alternate GP2 is a series in which participants choose and manage their own GP2 teams. This began in the 2005 season.

The race format is similar to real-life with two races each weekend. Qualifying will determine grid order for feature race and feature race will determine grid order for sprint race with top eight reversed.

When a driver has achieved certain number of achievements in the series, he will automatically leave the series. A driver may also leave the series randomly.
