Bill Whitehouse (born 1 April 1909 in Plumstead, died 14 July 1957 in Reims, France) was a British racing driver. A garage owner from Kent, Whitehouse competed in Formula 3 before graduating to Formula 2 and even Formula 1 for several non-championship races in the mid-1950s, including a failure to qualify for the 1955 Singapore Grand Prix. Whitehouse, with Herbert MacKay-Fraser, was one of two drivers killed in a Formula Two race in Reims in 1957. He was 48 years old.
