Bermar Sellars "Bib" Stillwell (born 31 July 1927 in Melbourne, died 12 June 1999) was an Australian racing driver. Starting his career in 1947, Stillwell quickly gained experience in Australian races. Encouraging results led him to enter the 1955 Singapore Grand Prix with the New Zealand Tasman Racing Alliance. Qualifying for the race and posting a respectable performance, funds were gathered for the team to participate in the full Formula 1 season. Stillwell proved surprisingly quick, but a lack of reliability led to the team running out of funds. Stillwell returned to Australia, where he went on to win the Australian Drivers' Championship between 1962 and 1965.
