Alexander Charles Yoong Loong (born 20th July, 1976 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) is a Malaysian racing driver.

Yoong first competed in Formula One at the last three races of the 2001 season for the Minardi team, due to his Malaysian backers paying the team for him to race there. He managed a best finish of 12th at the season-ending Japanese Grand Prix.

In 2002, Yoong was drafted at short notice at the Malaysian Grand Prix, his home race, for the Prost Grand Prix team, after the team's intended driver Tomáš Enge was dismissed for testing positive for marijuana, and his government-funded backers paying the team. He finished the race in 14th and last place. The team then replaced him with test driver Joël Camathias for the next race at San Marino.
