Viktor Vladimirovich Maslov (born 16th January, 1976 in Surgut, Soviet Union) is a Russian racing driver.
In 2002, Maslov was signed by the Prost Grand Prix team to drive at the Belgian Grand Prix, thanks to backing from Russian state-owned oil company Lukoil as a replacement for previous short-term driver HWNSNBM. He competed for three races, managing a best finish of 13th at the Italian Grand Prix, and was set to compete at the United States Grand Prix, but was denied a visa and thus could not participate at the event.
