High Performance Group (abbreviated to HPG) is a New Zealand motorsport consortium. It is financed by businessmen Dominic Spearman, Ray Douglas, and Craig Harris through their companies - Spearman Industries, the Douglas Media Group, and Harris Finance.
HPG is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
They currently have a driver management arm, known as High Performance Driver Talent Management, and a racing arm known as High Performance Racing.

Racing operations
HPG currently owns and manages High Performance Racing which runs teams in the Rejects Rallycross Championship (High Performance Rallycross), the Lupo GTI Championship (Harris Finance Team HPR), and the F1 Rejects Super Touring Cup (High Performance Racing) and has also applied to enter the RejectsRallyTrophy as a customer/independent team (HPR Rally Team).
